We understand that our customers may not always be 100% satisfied with our product so we will always be as much facilitative and supportive as we can for returns and exchanges.
- Products can be exchange within 15 days of receiving the order and no later than that.
- For exchange, please fill the exchange form provided with the order package or email at email@example.com or call us at 0306-1888876. Customer representative will be available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.
- Please ship the goods to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them and no later than that.
- Shipment charges upon exchange will be borne by the customer. We have a no refund policy. However once your claim (due to defect in product) is accepted, you will be allowed to select a new product from our e-store in exchange.
- The order can be cancelled any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS.
- The return/exchange policy will apply once the order is processed.
