We understand that our customers may not always be 100% satisfied with our product so we will always be as much facilitative and supportive as we can for returns and exchanges.
Products can be exchange within 15 days of receiving the order and no later than that.
For exchange, please fill the exchange form provided with the order package or email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0306-1888876. Customer representative will be available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.
Please ship the goods to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them and no later than that.
Shipment charges upon exchange will be borne by the customer. We have a no refund policy. However once your claim (due to defect in product) is accepted, you will be allowed to select a new product from our e-store in exchange.
The order can be cancelled any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS.
The return/exchange policy will apply once the order is processed.

We will be providing free shipping for orders above PKR 1500.
Usual processing time for an order is 3-5 working days but it may increase in peak season and sales promotions.
