Can I place my order through Whatsapp if I don;t want to place it online? 

YES! You can always contact us via Whatsapp in case you are more comfortable to place your orders through Whatsapp. However, Whatsapp orders will also be placed on our e-store by our support team and you will get an email/SMS of order confirmation. 

What if I don't like the product?

We do not accept returns if the product is delivered according to the order. Exceptions can only be accommodated in the form of exchange (equivalent to the value of already purchased items). 

Can I speak to someone about my order?

Absolutely.  You can contact us on the given number at the bottom of our webpage.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is just 1.  You can always contact us for bulk orders.



Are there any hidden costs?

We'll give you the full price up front and that will include taxes and shipping to your order while you are checking out so all costs would be clearly mentioned in your online invoice before the order reaches your doorstep. 

What material do you use?

All our kids wear is either super soft cotton or a synthetic blend.  The fabrics are soft and comfortable- a really good quality product for the delicate baby skins and older kids.

How fast can I get my order?

Fast. Typical lead time is 5-7 days via our courier company.
